Crytec recently released the Ultra upgrade pack for Crysis 2 adding all the DX11 goodness with some more Bells and whistles like SSOD, Real-time reflections, Hi res textures etc........
BUT!!! yes there is a big BUT there lol..
all this comes with a humongous performance hit on our Graphic cards
ATi was anyway bad with optimizing thir drivers in time..so the first few weeks with the Ultra upgrade wasnt a good experience with ATI cards..now with the new Catalyst 11.8, i run Crysis 2 with Water and particles on Extreme and all other options on Ultra, which gives me a pretty good frame rate...installing it on my new Crucial M4 SSD added like 3-4 more fps
